  15. I adore burrata! My local cheesemonger flies them in straight from Puglia every Tuesday! This is quite a refreshing summer salad! Very nice indeed…

  16. Great salad to share with Nancy’s readers – love it. Riding in car in men’s so service is spotty but hope this gets to you. Cajun Belle is one hot pepper – would most definitely desired & remove membranes or use very little with milder peppers if you do not like hot. We like it with a little kick…
